The owners, Jim Ward and Len Crowley, were extremely knowledgeable

The stove will be installed later this month by John and Justin O'Donnell of The Flues Brothers of nearby Lakeville, MA who will also end up cleaning the chimney as needed. Pictured above is an example of the Jotul stove that we chose. The stove is over 75% efficient which qualifies us for a tax rebate and it will burn at a maximum of 42,000 BTU/hr. It will be vented straight up through the ceiling, keeping most of the pipe warm and visible.
